This gallery containes images from Nacka and Värmdö, two suburbs east of Stockholm. Nacka is between the city and the beautiful Värmdö , and Värmdö is a big part of the epic archipelago of Stockholm! You could call Gustavsberg the capital of Värmdö, a famous industrial town known for porcelain making for years. There are some major changes in Gustavsberg for the moment. The old porcelain factory is torned down in favor of new living areas and commercial facilities. A change that may look pretty brutal, but hopefully adds a lot of good in the future. There is a great demand for housing and accommodation in different forms, because Värmdö is on of Swedens fastest growing municipalitys. We also publish pictures from the celebration om the Gustavsgergs day May 16. There were a mini fair/ exhibition and different kinds of shows this sunny day. With a freestyle bike show by a group called ” The Light house” from Stavsnäs, located out on the east coast of Värmdö.
